After some years of experimenting with nutrition and organic fertilizers that Ximena and Hubert performed by your account in the estate, the knowledge gained with the passing of the years, academic training, and more, have been able to render high quality coffees and these grains are slowly traveling the world together with their history.<\/p>

Ximena and Hubert have 6 children of which 4 of them work in coffee, in recent years, after much hard work, effort and sacrifice, have your coffee shop in the city, and in the same way with its processing Plant cafe, where they process their coffees and also more cafes friends coffee lovers.<\/p>

His third Son, Hubert Jr. it was formed and has long studied the coffee industry being: Barista, Roaster, taster SCA, taster Q Arabica Grader, is in charge of analyzing in the laboratory of the company of all the coffees are processed on-farm and farm partners.<\/p>
